Let's see:

1) The one guy who absolutely disdains him is the adoptive brother of said girl. Which might just fuck over his friend's/girlfriends' chance of getting help.

In the end the canon version is that. Mc suddenly worried about Tybalt's revenge (canon, so no slap, dick pics and blown teeth). Bad cliffhanger, had he used Zoey's phone call would have been much better

This has been discussed quite a lot. I'll give you my most recent pondering on the matter.

We have something of a misconception here. We compare the best situation to the worst, but even the best is worthy of "Oh fuck". MC does not know the way the situation happens in the parallel realities and can't think: "At least I didn't punch Tybalt and fuck Jade while her husband was behind the door and she was threatening to divorce him".

Even at best Tybalt will see MC as an enemy and Jade will be the woman whose advances MC scorned. The only way Jade won't hate his guts is if you are on the Others path and she is in the harem, but in that case the man whose help Maya needs is the one MC has cucked.

Sure getting violent with Tybalt and tossing Jade aside for Sage is much worse, but there is no way to play the game where you aren't a thorn in the Burke boys' side and thus "Oh fuck".

But the main playthrough will not have scrappy mod, every other will, it impacts it?

The moment you install scrappy on the game it will impact your save file weather you use it or not. That is the downside of scrappy, unlike Sancho that has save fixer whenever there is a new episode release

didn't scrappy also release a save fixer for ep 10 so players who used it could play while waiting for the mod to update? i'm sure of it.

as for me what i usually do is:

backup my saves with scrappy, delete everything in the badik save folder including persistent, use SteveyP saves with URM and play like that till scrappy update is out.

I only remember Sancho that has a save fixer available. Scrappy i'm not sure, I did check his page but there is no avail save fixer at the front page.
